One of the new things I’m going to be doing with Majin Planet in bring more user interaction. As such bring the three main thing the site does well, Gallery, Forums and Videos. I have decided to redo the information pages in the forum of a plugin system. As such each of the three core plugins will load data base on what’s set in the admin control panel.

This basically means that if your viewing the Dragonball Z section, you will get the basic informaiton as well as latest post about dragonball z, images and videos. There will be lot more discussions and user feedback this time around.

One of the new things I discovered today was the name, I can safely say that “Project Majin” is getting close to the beta phase. The currrent build, Build 2.1, which is currently running on the site, will be replace with Build 3.x, currently its at 3.872a. Which really only means its version 3 Alpha. The numbers it self really have no meaning other then I’ve made a total of 872 changes to version 3 core.

The way I see things a full working core build will be ready within the next 2-3 weeks. It depends on how much time I put into it. I currently taking a break from Sith Masters, in terms of be an active member of that community, but I will still keep my admin duties, mainly to keep the database working and make sure we have no issues and adding new content. Other then that I really have no other projects going on so I can put all my time into finishing build 3 of MPTMPL CMS.
