Interview With Majin Trunks, One for the ages

This is an interview I had with Majin Trunks, the former webmaster of Majin Planet. For the 6 year Aniversery I though it be nice to hear from him so that you fans know whats up. As some of you may or may not know that today is a great day for Majin Planet being how on the 5th Aniversery, Majin Planet closed. A year later we are here standing prode and waiting the future. Here is the Interview I had a few days ago with Majin Trunks, it is unedited. Enjoy.

Darth Unrivaled: What was your first encounter with anime?
Majin Trunks: Back in the 3rd grade I saw Samurai Pizza Cats on tv early in the moorning. Thats what got me started.

Darth Unrivaled: What was your very first web site about and how did you go about designing it?
Majin Trunks: My first website was a shitty freeyellow.com website about a dbz rpg, witch eventualy involed into my first real site; trunks hope.

Darth Unrivaled: When did you make your very first Anime Music Video and what where the reasons behind doing it?
Majin Trunks: I maid my first amv in febuary i belive of 2002 and I just liked watching all these music videos from other people so i wanted to try my hand at making one myself.

Darth Unrivaled: When did you become apart of Majin Planet as part of the staff?
Majin Trunks: I joined the staff back in around november or 2002 but the site became dead so i never got a chance to work until about april of 2003 when I got CA to bring it back up on my server.

Darth Unrivaled: When you took over as webmaster of Majin Planet, how long did it take for the fans to get use to the change?
Majin Trunks: I became the webmaster in around July of 2003 and it took the fans the better part of that year.

Darth Unrivaled: Are you still in contact with the former webmaster of Majin Planet and Staff?
Majin Trunks: I’m still in contact with both former webmasters but not the old staff.

Darth Unrivaled: You and some other webmasters from some well known sites start the CNews Daily. What was your reasons for starting the project?
Majin Trunks: It was orriginaly the idea of Str3ak from perfect anime. He invited me to due it with him and I thought it might be fun.

Darth Unrivaled: Cnews Daily was one of the top if not best Anime Community News sites. When it was hacked, why was it decided not to reopen?
Majin Trunks: Cnews Daily was never hacked. It was being hosted by The Cnews and due to a few arguements myself and the host were having he droped us. After this we couldn’t find another host because Neo of ACC “whom is a well known hacker” started to threaten the people who were going to host us.

Darth Unrivaled: I have to say most of the community was a little shocked when you open Samurai Spirit and not Majin Planet. What was the main reason for you making this decision?
Majin Trunks: Just decided it was time to try something new.

Darth Unrivaled: Most know the reasons for Samurai Spirit closing was due to your lack of time. If you had a chance to do it would you reopen Samurai Spirit and what would you do different?
Majin Trunks: Would probably never re-open Samurai Spirit. Theres nothing I can say I would do differently.

Darth Unrivaled: After Samurai Spirit you and Breeman start a Music Video Studio called Cryptic Aura Studio How did this come about?
Majin Trunks: Were music video creators, mvid creators need a studio. Simple as that.

Darth Unrivaled: When Majin Planet reopen early this year, what was the reasons behind making it a only Dragonball Z site?
Majin Trunks: I thought I would give my hand at brining the site back since I had been beaten today by fans who wanted it back up. The reason I was going to try and make it just Dragonball is because the number of DBZ sites were quickly fading and I thought we needed something standing dbz wise.

Darth Unrivaled: It you could go back and change anything in your webmaster career what would it be and why?
Majin Trunks: Nothing.

Darth Unrivaled: How do you feel about the anime community as it has become today?
Majin Trunks: The Anime Community today is quickly growing smaller, witch I find somewhat depressing because I grew up in it. All the big problems it had are gone but thats because most of the people are gone aswell.

Darth Unrivaled: Do you think you will ever return to Majin Planet in the future?
Majin Trunks: I honestly dont no. I dont have any real desire to but if I have to I will.

Darth Unrivaled: Do you have any last words you like to say to the Majin Planet fans?
Majin Trunks: I think I said everythign to the fans I needed to when I closed the doors on Majin Planets 5th year aniversery a year ago.
